A Word from Desi and Wanda

This week has been a memorable one. The popularity of Desi and Wanda’s YouTube video has shown the true power of social media.

We would like to thank both of them for bringing clarity to the discussion via a media statement they issued this week. I think it’s important for all of us to understand their intentions when they shot the video.

We invite you to continue to connect with us here on The Next Bench or on Twitter at @HP_PC. We assure you that we are listening.

Happy Holidays!

Wow, I just ordered an HP notebook online and paid for the upgrade for a webcam on the G series. I am African-American and desired the webcam to keep in touch with friends in other states. I just got off the phone with customer service to ensure that when I DO receive my notebook - likely the 1st week in January according to the build date - that I don't have the same problems that Desi and Wanda did. Please don't disappoint me HP!!!?
