HINT: You’ll be able to meet one of the guys in this picture tomorrow during Comic Con.
If you’re in San Diego tomorrow between the times of 10:30 and 11:30, you’d better start following @hp RIGHT. NOW. In less than twenty four hours, we’re going to be rolling around outside Comic Con in a nerdy truck loaded down with robot parts, HP TouchPads and Hugh Jackman. "Why," you ask?
Maybe you heard of this upcoming movie, Real Steel. It’s like Rock ‘Em Sock ‘Em Robots meets Rocky – and HP has a part to play in the movie…and some other cool stuff that I’ll be able to share with you soon enough.
But here’s all the important info I can tell you right now: We’re giving away HP TouchPads on the streets around San Diego and Hugh Jackman is going to be on-hand to help give the first batch away (from what I understand).
Point is: Cool, free tech + celebrity sighting = win.
I might even try to get my TouchPad signed….and see if he's currently rocking that awesome Wolverine 'fro.

I'll just put this out there -- Hugh Jackman is an awesome, classy guy who doesn't seem to have forgotten his roots. He took a ton of time out to answer questions from the crowd, throw out T-shirts, give away TouchPads...heck, he even invited a couple of random on-lookers to the Hollywood premiere in October. (Pro-Tip: Dress as the Joker. That apparently works if you want free stuff). Anyhow, here are a couple pictures of Hugh hanging with the crowd -- and even playing the Real Steel game on touchpads.
Also, a big congrats to our first two lucky TouchPad winners at Comic Con, Rachel and Julia!
