Time for a more cheerful topic. Anyone have any decent color scheme for the Firebird they want to share? The "1 through 15" settings don't exactly reveal a whole lot. So if someone has a setup they think looks cool, why not post what you did and what the settings are. I will start even though this is not particuarly original or anything but, for Christmas, I set LED 1 to Red 15 rest 0. LED 2 and LED 3 Green 15 rest 0. Ta Da turn that Firebird into a Festivebird!

Oh, sure. Now you got me thinking about blinking, rotating, fading LED colors on my Firebird. ![]()

My default colour is a dark orange.
When it was in my living room, it matched the furnature and gave it a cosy fireplace feel.
When playing WoW, it went purple.
I was going to set it up to turn blue when watching a movie, but I've just left it as is as I am no using it as my main machine.

How to setup the Firebird so that it change the colors automaticly depending on what you are doing?? All I know is that you can choose a color for each windows account.
For me, when my wallpaper is red, then I set the color to red.. or if my wallpaper is black then I set the color to white or maybe turn it off ![]()
so it depend on my wallpapers

The colous, as you know, are changed in the nVidia control panel.
From there, you can set up profiles for what colour is used depending on the app.

Take a look at the Profile Policies page in NVIDIA Control Panel to see all the ways you can control your LED's.

After I installed windows 7 . I don't have that anymore...Have system tools with ESA. But that performance option isn't there anymore. Actually had a hard time getting it with Vista. But I did get it after while. This is my firebird I'm talking about. Anybody have any ideas on how to get it again?

Try uninstalling NVIDIA Performance, aka nTune, before installing NVIDIA System Tools with ESA Support.

oldboy.. uninstall all Nvidia drivers and softwares in your firebird and try "GeForce/ION Driver Release 195.62" found here with "NVIDIA System Tools with ESA Support 6.05" found here (do 2 times restart after installing GeForce/ION Drive..)
I assume you have Windows 7 64-bit.
I was having the same problem when I was using GeForce/ION Driver Release 191.07 with ESA 6.05.
hope it will work for you.
