Re: Aura Powerconnect

Not at all. The Aura's can be programmed for that should you need a second one. :smileyhappy:

Re: Aura Powerconnect

Good question. I just asked the guys here and the answer is: The Aura PowerConnect makes a 1 to 1 connection to the Envy, so you can have as many as you want. So the Aura is limited to 1 Envy, but the Envy is not limited to 1 Aura.

Re: Aura Powerconnect

I must ask though, is the one to one connection a hardware? I mean, you say you set it at Voodoo which is fine, but exactly how are you locking this down?

Hmmm, so does that mean it's not an option to buy a second power connect to work with an Envy (say one for the office and one for travel)?

We will be selling secondary Aura Powerconnects to Envy owners in our new accessory store (which is launching soon LOL). The Aura has a sync button on it, which when pressed will search of the Envy. The seconday ones will not be mac ID fixed to any envy until the sync button is pressed. The catch is, if you have your other Aura on while attempting to do this, it won't work.

At least this is how I understood it. To be honest, we (sales ninjas) haven't really tried it yet in the office.
