You used to provide a box where the client using the soiftware entered their email address. I was able to follow up with everyone entering my site and using the Wall Art Suite and was able to close the sale that was hanging.
Since removing this option, I can no longer contact them and consequently the API software is not so useful for me to have on my website.
My orders completed via the software has dropped to one every two or more months where before I was able to contact the clients and close at least one every second week.
Please consider bringing this back.
