When it comes to buying a PC for your SMB, it’s important to know exactly what you need. While a new PC certainly helps your productivity, it’s vital to know what features you need to ensure that you aren’t paying for things that you won’t use.

HP today announced four new budget-friendly PCs aimed at small businesses that don’t need all the extra trimmings that typically come with enterprise computers. These PCs offer everything you need to keep your small business running smoothly – without the cost for unnecessary features. The new SMB PCs run on AMD processors, which mean they pay extra attention to graphics without sacrificing the security and performance you expect from HP.

For businesses that need great online performance, AMD Accelerated File Converter makes Web browsing more efficient for smoother webcasting and video conferencing. The HP Compaq 6305 keeps all your business data safe with HP Client Security, a Trusted Platform Module (TPM) chip and a series of optional HP Client Management solutions to help you customize your PC’s security.

AMD Enduro Technology on the ProBook s-series allows your computer to recognize how you’re using it and either rev up the processor when you need to create high-powered graphics or slow down into battery-saving mode when you’re using more basic applications. For small businesses that record or edit audio and video, the ArcSoft Total Media Suite provides an easy way to produce high-quality media without needing professional recording equipment.
