From a Sketch to Your Desk: Designing the New TouchSmart

We launch new products frequently at HP, but we rarely share the work behind the scenes that goes into the final product with the outside world. Well, a revolutionary product like the HP TouchSmart 9300 Elite is so different, and so unexpected, you just have to hear (and see) the design backstory.

 

I sat down with Randall Martin, the Chief Design Strategist in HP’s Desktop Group to find out how his design team took our iconic product to the next level with a totally new “angle” on PC design.
